SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Postponement of market-facing changes for December 2012
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED:  December 3 - 6, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to restoration of ERCOT systems, implementation of market-facing changes planned for December 3 through 6, 2012 is postponed until further notice.  ERCOT is assessing a new release date and will communicate an alternative release date as soon as possible.
Please see the attached spreadsheet for the description of the changes impacted.
Additionally, the Revision Requests that were previously noticed for a December 6th implementation will be postponed as well:
