SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Oracle 11G Upgrade to Market Information Systems (MIS) Database
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 17:30 to 19:00 CDT
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is performing a database upgrade between 17:30 and 19:00 CDT on July 23, 2014 which will result in a Market Information Systems (MIS) outage for the duration of the upgrade.  The following applications in MIS will be unavailable:
*         Noticebuilder
*         ERCOT Notifications
*         Data for Charts<http://www.ercot.com/>, Dashboards<http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo>, and Day-Ahead and Real-Time Displays<http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo> on ERCOT.com will be displayed but will not be updated during the outage
*         Market Manager Notices and Public Notices<http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo> on ERCOT.com will not show notification data during the outage
*         Service Requests and Settlement Disputes
The applications listed below will be available for direct access by using the URLs provided.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate with the applicable permissions is required to access these URLs:
