SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Revised Net Energy for Load used in the calculation of the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Fee

DAY AFFECTED:  February 21, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  As a result of two Load Serving Entities (LSEs) exiting the ERCOT Market, the LSE Net Energy for Load shares used to calculate the ERO Fee has been adjusted.
ERCOT has posted each LSE's load share data on the Texas Market Link (TML) in the ERO_Fee_Assessment_LSE_Share_Report folder.
The ERO Fee Assessment LSE Share Report is also posted on the Market Information System (MIS), under Data Aggregation Reports and Extracts (Certified) - LSE, at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/Data+Aggregation.
Attached is the ERO Fee Assessment and Collection Guide which can be used as a reference document on the process.
