SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Capacity Conversion Factor (CCF) for the Renewable Energy Credit (REC) program has been set to 30.5% for the 2010 and 2011 Compliance Periods
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED:  2010 and 2011 Compliance Periods

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The CCF for Compliance Periods 2010 and 2011 has been calculated at 30.5% in accordance with the calculations specified in ERCOT Protocol Section 14.9.2. This information is also available in the Message Board at www.texasrenewables.com<http://www.texasrenewables.com>.
