SHORT DESCRIPTION:  IRC-ISO/RTO Demand Response Conference

LONG DESCRIPTION:  At the request of the ISO-RTO Council, ERCOT is
sending information regarding the upcoming Demand Response Technical
Conference which will be held on April 21, 2008.  There is a modest fee
for attendance and the agenda includes a keynote address from the FERC
Commissioner, Jon Wellinghoff.  Several leaders of the DSM-EE effort are
also on the program.
