Cancellation
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The regularly scheduled 2:00 PM bi-weekly Retail
Market Call (RMC) will be discontinued at the end of October 2008. 
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  October 29, 2008
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) has requested
that the regularly scheduled 2:00 PM bi-weekly Retail Market Call be
discontinued after the October 29, 2008 call.  Future Retail Market
Calls will be scheduled on an ad hoc basis. A market notice will be sent
should a call be scheduled.
RMS has also requested that the Texas Set Working Group review the
Retail Market Guide, Section 5.2, which refers to the Retail Market
Conference Call.  The Texas Set Working Group will submit the
appropriate Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) to remove from
the guide any references to a regularly scheduled call.
