NOTICE TYPE:  R-B051210-04 FINAL NOTICE - Outage - Retail
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's Texas Market Link (TML) Report Explorer and ESIID Lookup functions experienced unplanned outages on May 12, 2010 and May 13, 2010.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  May 12, 2010 from 09:30 to 13:20 and May 13, 2010 from 12:02 to 12:30
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's Texas Market Link (TML) Report Explorer and ESIID Lookup functions experienced an unplanned outage on May 12, 2010 from 10:30 to 12:20 and on May 13, 2010 from 12:02 to 12:30.
A degradation occurred May 12, 2010 from 09:30 to10:30 and from 12:20 to 13:20.
The TML Report Explorer and ESIID Lookup functions are currently operational.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT is engaging in multiple efforts from both a development and operational standpoint to resolve the performance issues.
Details will be provided in the monthly ERCOT IT Incident Market Notice Summary.
