SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Revisions to Notice of Change of Information (NCI) Form
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  December 9, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Notice of Change of Information Form is required to make revisions to a Market Participant's registration with ERCOT. The NCI Form posted on the ERCOT website (www.ercot.com<http://www.ercot.com>) has been updated to support registration changes as follows:
*         Changes made to Congestion Revenue Right Account Holder (CRRAH) User Security Administrator (USA) will also require a change to the Counterparty (CP) USA.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Effective December 10, 2009, only this updated version of the NCI Form will be accepted by ERCOT. Previous versions will be rejected. The NCI Form is published on the ERCOT website at the following link: http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/.
