SHORT DESCRIPTION: MOSPUBLIC outage occurred on March 20, 2009
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: March 20, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of MOSPUBLIC from approximately 7:31 AM to 8:13 AM on March 20, 2009.  The outage was a result of an issue with disk drive space.
