LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Settlements and Billing Extracts for Wednesday, January 6, 2010 were posted with missing public data files.  The affected operating days within these extracts were July 6, 2009, November 6, 2009 and December 25, 2009. The Settlements and Billing Extracts that were posted on January 6, 2010 have been removed from The Texas Market Link (TML). The completed Settlements and Billing Extracts were posted at approximately 11:17 AM on January 9, 2010.
