SHORT DESCRIPTION:  New Notice of Change documents
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  November 5, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Notice of Change of Information (NCI) form is required to make revisions and/or updates to a Market Participant's registration with ERCOT. An updated NCI form has been posted on the ERCOT Website at http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/ along with instructions for a new submittal option through the Market Information System (MIS). The new NCI is to be used for all changes to Market Participant registered information other than changes to Affiliates, Legal Name, or identification of Officers.
For the three types of changes stated above, ERCOT has posted the following new Notice of Change documents for changes that were previously included on the NCI form:

*         Notice of Change of Affiliates

*         Notice of Change of Legal Name

*         Notice of Change of Officers
These three documents, also located at http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/, must be submitted to ERCOT Legal, as instructed on the forms. MIS submittal is not an option.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Effective November 5, 2012, only these versions of the Notice of Change documents will be accepted by ERCOT. Previous versions will be rejected.
