SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Corrections to the assignments of Loads to NOIE and Competitive Load Zones in the Network Operations Model
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  Various Operating Days since Nodal Go-Live through July 8, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The table below lists corrections to the assignments of Loads to Non-Opt-In Entity (NOIE) and Competitive Load Zones. These Loads listed below are in addition to the Loads identified in Market Notice W-A052214-01, issued on May 22.  The total of these Load quantities that were assigned incorrectly to a Load Zone is 65 MW based on the current hot weather Load distribution factors but will vary by the hour and season.

These corrections will have an effective date of July 9, 2014 to coincide with an update to the Network Operations Model.

The incorrect Load to Load Zone assignments impacted the results of the price calculations for the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) and flow calculations for the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auctions and the DAM for some intervals since Nodal Go-Live.  However, ERCOT will not perform any price corrections because the error does not meet the criteria described in Protocol Sections 4.5.3(4) and 6.3(4).  Lastly, the incorrect assignments of Loads to NOIE and Competitive Load Zones did not have an impact on the MWh quantities allocated to NOIE Load Zones for energy Settlements.
