SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details of NPRR276
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  April 1, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On April 1, 2011, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 276, MIS Posting Requirements for the Network Operations Model Load Schedule, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on November 16, 2010. This implementation will unbox the grey-boxed language in Protocol Section 3.10.1, Time Line for Network Operations Model Changes.
NPRR276 adds a link to the Market Information System (MIS) Public Area posting requirement for the Network Operations Model Database Load Schedule.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
