SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NPRR425 – Final Phase

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On February 4, 2014, ERCOT will implement the final phase of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 425, Creation of a WGR Group for GREDP and Base Point Deviation Evaluation and Mixing Turbine Types Within a WGR (formerly “Creation of a WGR Group for GREDP and Base Point Deviation Evaluation”), which was approved by the ERCOT Board on November 13, 2012.
The final phase of NPRR425 will implement the required changes to the Monthly Resource Energy Deployment Performance Report (NP8-501-ER).  This final implementation changes the reporting of Wind-powered Generation Resource (WGR) performance metrics to be at the WGR Group level as described in the NPRR.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
