SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NOGRR123
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  April 1, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On April 1, 2014, ERCOT will implement Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 123, Revisions to Misoperations Reporting Requirements, which was approved by the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on January 28, 2014.  The following Sections will be updated:

*         6.2.3, Performance Analysis Requirements for ERCOT System Facilities

*         8, Attachment B, Protection System Misoperation Report

*         11.2.1, Reporting of SPS Operations
NOGRR123 clarifies the reporting requirements for misoperations to ERCOT and Texas Reliability Entity (Texas RE) and moves the Relay Misoperations Report form from Section 8B to the ERCOT website.
