SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Planned system maintenance with impacted services
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY(S) AFFECTED:  November 8, 2016 16:30 - 20:30, November 10, 2016 9:30 - 14:00, and November 10, 2016 17:30 - 19:30
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be performing planned system maintenance of several databases and applications on November 8 and November 10, 2016.
During the November 8, 2016 16:30 - 20:30 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following services:
*         MPIM
*         The following ERCOT internet services:

o   Texas Renewables - www.texasrenewables.com<http://www.texasrenewables.com/>

o   Retail Testing Website - etod.ercot.com<https://etod.ercot.com/>
*         Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
*         Extract Subscriber
*         Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
During the November 10, 2016 9:30 - 14:00 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following services:
*         Report publishing to the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS)
*         Find ESIID
During the November 10, 2016 17:30 - 19:30 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following services:
*         Market submissions and requests via WebServices, Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
*         Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
*         Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and WebServices
*         Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
*         Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface
During this outage window, please use the following URLs to directly access the Market Manager and Outage Scheduler:

     *   https://mis.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action
     *   https://mis.ercot.com/osrui/osrui/Summary.action
Note that the outage start times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
ACTION REQUIRED:  During the November 8, 2016 16:30 - 20:30 outage ERCOT will change the public IP address of some market facing services.  This change could impact market participants' ability to access those services, or receive responses from them.
The specific changes to the services are listed below.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Reports will be rerun and reposted as applicable. The MIS Dashboards and ERCOT.com price displays will not be populated with data during the November 10, 2016 17:30 - 19:30 timeframe.
