NOTICE TYPE:  M-C040215-01 Outage - Retail/Wholesale
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Planned system maintenance with impacted services
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED:  April 7, 2015 10:00 - 11:00 and April 9, 2015 17:00 - 22:00
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be performing planned system maintenance of the Market Information System (MIS), Current Day Reports (CDR), and Information Content Exchange (ICE) databases and applications on April 7 and 9, 2015.
During the April 7 10:00 - 11:00 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following service:
*         Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
During the April 9 17:00 - 22:00 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following service:
*         Market submissions and requests via WebServices, Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
*         Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
*         Downloading of extracts and reports from MIS and WebServices
*         Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
During the April 9, 17:00 - 22:00 outage, please use the following URLs to directly access the Market Manager, Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface, and Outage Scheduler:

  *   https://mis.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action
  *   https://mis.ercot.com/crr/mui/ListAllUserMessage.do (For CRR Account Holders)
  *   https://mis.ercot.com/crr/mui/editSMPCreditLimit.do (For Counter-Parties)
  *   https://mis.ercot.com/osrui/osrui/Summary.action
Note that the outage start times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Reports will be rerun and reposted as applicable. The MIS Dashboards and ERCOT.com price displays will not be populated with data during this timeframe.
