In order to facilitate the allocation of the Pre-assigned Congestion Rights (PCRs), ERCOT requests that eligible Municipally Owned Utilities and Electric Cooperatives submit the data requested in the attached template.
ACTION REQUIRED: If your entity is eligible for PCRs as defined in section 7.5.6 of the ERCOT Protocols, please complete the fields highlighted in yellow and return the completed spreadsheet to [log in to unmask]<[log in to unmask]> no later than Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009. Late submissions will not be considered due to ERCOT's need to determine the total amount of Transmission Congestion Rights (TCRs) available for auction in a timely manner. Please indicate any "exemptions to zonal placement" that may affect specific contract paths as per Protocol Section 7.2.2 (5). Payments for TCRs and PCRs are due under the timelines specified in Protocol Section 7.5.3.2.2 (5).
