SHORT DESCRIPTION: Additional information on WebEx audio changes
INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: April 5, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION: Beginning April 5, 2011, ERCOT will no longer use WebEx audio for online meetings. ERCOT will use PGI for the audio portion of meetings; however, the WebEx computer component will remain the same. This change will require meeting attendees to fill in a new field when connecting to the audio portion of a WebEx meeting. This change will also be noted on the meeting event webpage on the ERCOT calendar.
Additionally, meeting participants will no longer be able to use a headset connected to a computer if utilizing Voice-Over IP (VoIP).
