SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of Market Participant API listener queue email notification
INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSEs
DAY AFFECTED: December 28, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 28, 2010, ERCOT will implement an automated email notification to Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) with Application Programmatic Interface (API) with ERCOT which informs the QSE that ERCOT has automatically moved messaging over from the Primary messaging queue to a Secondary queue with slower delivery in order to minimize delaying messaging for a larger group of API users.

The QSE will need to contact ERCOT to request to return messaging to the Primary queue upon addressing listener issues. Requests to be returned to the Primary queue can be sent to either your ERCOT Account Manager or to the ERCOT Helpdesk ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT requests that QSE API users send their preferred email address for this automated notice. Please send address to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or your ERCOT Account Manager. ERCOT will confirm with the QSE when the automated notice has been set up.
