SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Railroad DC Tie operator change
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Operations Personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  February 25, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Beginning on February 25, 2014, the Direct Current Tie (DC Tie) operator for the Railroad DC Tie (ROAD_DC) will change from American Electric Power (AEPT) to Sharyland Utilities (SULP).  When creating Electronic Tags (e-Tags) in for ROAD_DC, the Transmission Provider (TP) for the Physical Path will be SULP.  The DC Tie Operating Procedure, ERCOT DC Tie Operations document, and Inadvertent Energy Procedure for DC Ties will be updated to reflect the change in DC Tie operator on the Operating Procedures page of ERCOT.com<http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/guides/procedures/>.
