DAY AFFECTED:  February 8, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On February 8, 2017, ERCOT received a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for the following Generation Resource:



*       Reorganized Aspen LLC (formerly Aspen Power LLC) – LFBIO_UNIT1



This Generation Resource, which had been designated as mothballed, changed to a status of decommissioned and retired permanently as of February 8, 2017.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Section 3.14.1.9(2), ERCOT has posted the notification in the list titled “Notice of Change of Generation Resource Designation” on the Generation page<https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Grid+Information/Generation> of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
