SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to transmission constraint Shadow Price caps

DAY AFFECTED:  April 7, 2017
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Pursuant to discussion in the stakeholder process and ERCOT analysis, ERCOT is changing the transmission constraint Shadow Price caps in the Weekly Reliability Unit Commitment (WRUC), Day-Ahead Reliability Unit Commitment (DRUC) and Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment (HRUC) processes to the values presented below.  The new Shadow Price caps will be effective on April 7, 2017.
