SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Final determination of RMR status
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  April 30, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On March 6, 2009, ERCOT System Planning and System Operations issued an initial determination that WB Tuttle-1, WB Tuttle-3, and WB Tuttle-4 were not needed for Reliability Must Run (RMR) Service in 2009.  ERCOT System Planning has completed its review and re-confirmed the initial determination that these Resources will not be needed for RMR Service in 2009. Therefore, ERCOT will not pursue RMR Agreements with these Resources:

 *   WB Tuttle 1
 *   WB Tuttle 3
 *   WB Tuttle 4
