SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Change in Transmission Cut-Off dates on Operational System Change Schedule
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TSPs
DAYS AFFECTED:  November 17 and December 4, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has changed the last two Transmission Cut-Off dates for the 2009 Operational System Change Schedule. A Transmission Cut-Off date represents the last date by which Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) can submit transmission network topology changes to ERCOT in order to be included in the next scheduled Energy Management System (EMS) database load.
The Transmission Cut-Off date changes made are as follows:
            Original Date                                    New Date
            November 19, 2009                         November 17, 2009
            December 8, 2009                           December 4, 2009
The associated EMS Database Load Dates have not changed.
