SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Nodal Outage Scheduler cutover complete
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Transmission Service Providers, Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs), QSEs with Resources and Resource Entities
DAY AFFECTED:  August 16, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Nodal Outage Scheduler transition to the validation and dual entry phase is complete. ERCOT released the application back to Market Participants on Monday, August 16, 2010.
