SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Two MIS Reports missing AS Responsibility data for HE10
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED:  March 4, 2013 through March 28, 2017
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The NP1-302 AS Obligation and Responsibility (Report Type ID 10039) and NP8-140 Monthly Summary of Ancillary Service Supply Responsibility Failure (Report Type ID 10044) reports posted on the Market Information System (MIS) Public were missing the Responsibility data for HE10 for Operating Days from March 4, 2013 (data posted on August 31, 2013) to September 29, 2016 (data posted on March 28, 2017). This issue was created by procedural changes made in association with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 397, Balance of Day Ancillary Service Market.

The AS Obligation and Responsibility and Monthly Summary of Ancillary Service Supply Responsibility Failure reports that were affected will not be reposted, due to the substantial burden involved in revising each report. However, upon request from any market participant, ERCOT will retrieve and provide any part of the HE10 missing data requested.  ERCOT has identified the root cause and expects to resolve the issue for March 29, 2017. Additional Market Notices will be sent if the issue is not resolved as expected or if additional impacts are identified.
