SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Annual Constraint Management Plans Review
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Transmission Operators, and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities, impacted by existing Constraint Management Plans or proposal of new Constraint Management Plans
DAY AFFECTED:  March 10, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has posted the study case that will be used review Constraint Management Plans which include Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Mitigation Plans (MPs), and Pre-Contingency Action Plans (PCAPs), on the Planning and Operations Information site<http://planning.ercot.com/data/opsreview/>.
ERCOT received comments to delay the start of the Annual Constraint Management Plans Review in order to use the 2014 Steady State Working Group (SSWG) cases that were in the process of being completed and are now available as of March 2014.

Transmission Operators, and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities, impacted by existing Constraint Management Plans that have not sent in changes to ERCOT's earlier posted Constraint Management Plans study cases are urged to review the newly published case and provide comments and case updates to ERCOT no later than March 10, 2014. Additionally, any Constraint Management Plans proposed for 2014 that have not been sent to ERCOT should be submitted by March 10, 2014.

Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Bulk Electric System (BES) elements specified as a part of approved or proposed Constraint Management Plans will need to provide the "Relay Limitations" for the BES elements to ERCOT for the 2014 Annual Constraint Management Plans Review.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Review the study case and provide required information and updates by March 10, 2014.
