LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 9, 2018, ERCOT is implementing a modified maximum shadow price for a constraint that was found to be consistently irresolvable per the criteria defined in Section 3.6.1 of the business practice document, "Setting the Shadow Price Caps and Power Balance Penalties in Security Constrained Economic Dispatch." The update to the maximum shadow price will occur between 2:00 PM and 3:00PM. The contingency/constraint pair and updated maximum shadow price (set in accordance with Section 3.6.2 of the business practice document) are as follows:
