SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Reminder - NPRR219 and Outage Scheduler Workshop

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT hosted a workshop to discuss Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 219 and Outage Scheduler enhancement requests from Market Participant users on April 28, 2014.  The objective of this workshop was to clearly understand the Market's needs related to the Outage Scheduler.
The list of consolidated requirements provided by workshop participants is posted under Key Documents on the Workshop page on ERCOT.com<http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2014/04/20140428-NPRR219>. The file is labeled "MP Requirements for Prioritization".  The workbook contains two tabs. The first tab represents consolidated requirement statements where ERCOT has taken similar requirement statements and consolidated them into a single line item.  The second tab contains the individual written and verbalized requirements provided to ERCOT in the workshop in addition to other forums.  A traceability column has also been added to the second tab so that readers can easily determine to which consolidated requirement each line item rolls up.
ERCOT is now looking to the Outage Scheduler users for prioritization.  In the "MP Requirements for Prioritization" workbook, there is a column for priorities on the first tab.   Market Participants are asked to collaborate with their company's internal team(s) to assign a prioritization to each requirement and send their updated spreadsheets to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> no later than May 21.  Market Participants may also provide requirements that are not represented in the list as well.  In this case, please indicate in the comments column that it is an additional requirement.
ERCOT will consolidate these requirements and may schedule a follow-up workshop to further clarify feedback. Details on additional workshop(s) will be released in a future Market Notice.
