SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NOGRR140
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  In support of NERC Reliability Standard EOP-010-1, Geomagnetic Disturbance Operations, which becomes effective on April 1, 2015, ERCOT will implement Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 140, Posting of the ERCOT Geomagnetic Disturbance Operating Plan, on the same date.  NOGRR 140 was approved by the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on January 29, 2015.
NOGRR140 requires that ERCOT post its Geomagnetic Disturbance (GMD) operating plan, which coordinates the Transmission Operator (TO) GMD operating procedures or processes, to the MIS Certified Area for TOs.  A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Certified Area.
