SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unplanned system outage impacted services.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED: July 14, 2023, 07:05 AM - 08:15 AM
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an infrastructure issue that impacted the following applications:

  *   Market submissions and requests via Web Services, Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
  *   CDR report publishing and downloading.
  *   The Public Dashboards and ERCOT.com displays.
It is recommended to retry any unsuccessful submission attempts occurring during the period of July 14, 2023, 07:05 AM - 08:15 AM.
The issue has been addressed and all the applications are functioning normally as of 08:15 AM.
