SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details of NOGRR100

DAY AFFECTED:  November 1, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On November 1, 2012, ERCOT will implement Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 100, Extending Manual Time Error Correction Threshold, which was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on October 4, 2012. As a result, ERCOT will be changing the manual Time Error Correction threshold from ±3 seconds to ±30 seconds for initiating a manual time-error correction. To implement these changes in real-time, ERCOT will update the Real Time Operating Procedure for the November 1 effective date.
