SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details of RMGRR129

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On October 1, 2015, ERCOT will unbox language related to Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) 129, Revision to Customer Rescission Completion Timeline, which was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on August 27, 2015.
RMGRR129 provides additional guidelines regarding specific timing and responsibilities for a Competitive Retailer (CR) to complete a Customer Rescission MarkeTrak issue after completion of a Switch Request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Retail Market Guide (RMG) Section 3.6, Retail Market Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation of any RMGRR that is not implemented on the first day of the month following TAC or ERCOT Board approval of the RMGRR.
