SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of NPRR293 - reporting of DAM PTP obligation awards

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On December 14, 2010, the ERCOT Board approved and made effective immediately Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 293, Requirement to Post PTP Obligation Quantities Awarded in DAM, which includes the requirement for ERCOT to implement a new report, Day-Ahead Market Total PTP Obligation Bid Awards by Settlement Point.
This report is manually posted and is available both via the Market Information System (MIS) and ERCOT.com. The posting will be made by ERCOT staff as soon as possible after each Day-Ahead Market (DAM) until the report is automated to become part of the DAM publishing timeline with other reports. It is anticipated that the report will be posted by end-of-business each day (including weekends/holidays) but may be delayed if there are resource constraints on some days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Day-Ahead Market Total PTP Obligation Bid Awards by Settlement Point report is located on the MIS under Day-Ahead Market Results at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis. An ERCOT digital certificate is required to access the MIS.
The report is located on ERCOT.com under Day-Ahead Market Results Reports at http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/dam/.
The report postings reflect the first applicable DAM per the new protocols executed December 14, 2010, for Operating Day December 15, 2010.
