SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NPRR530

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On January 9, 2014, ERCOT will delete paragraph (3) of Protocol Section 3.4.2, Load Zone Modifications, as required by Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 530, Transfers of Specific NOIEs Within a NOIE Load Zone to a Competitive Load Zone, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on May 14, 2013.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
