SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Additional implementation details for NPRR365
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  November 2, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On November 2, 2012, ERCOT will unbox the remaining grey-boxed language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 365, Change in Resource Outage Approvals from Eight to 45 Days (formerly "Change in Resource Outage Approvals from Eight to 90 Days"), which was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 20, 2011, and partially implemented on December 1, 2011. This implementation will impact the following Protocol Sections:

*         Section 3.1.1, Role of ERCOT

*         Section 3.1.4.4, Communicating Rejection of Proposed Resource Outages

*         Section 3.1.6, Outages of Resources Other than Reliability Resources

*         Section 3.1.6.4, Approval of Changes to a Resource Outage Plan

*         Section 3.1.6.5, Evaluation of Proposed Resource Outage

*         Section 3.1.6.6, Timelines for Response by ERCOT for Resource Outages
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
