SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Additional implementation details for NPRR484 and NPRR554
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders and Counter-Parties
DAY AFFECTED:  October 21, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On October 21, 2013, ERCOT will implement Phase 1A of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 484, Revisions to Congestion Revenue Rights Credit Calculations and Payments and NPRR554, Clarification of Future Credit Exposure Calculation. There will be several new postings associated with Phase 1A, as detailed in this Market Notice.
ERCOT has posted the following reports to aid in shadowing the calculation of credit exposure to the Credit page<http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/credit/> of the ERCOT website.

*         "DAM Settlement Point Prices"

o   One time posting of historical Day-Ahead Market (DAM) Settlement Point Prices since the opening of the nodal market

*         "DAM Proxy Settlement Points"

o   Used to determine DAM Settlement Point Prices for Settlement Points that have been added since the opening of the nodal market
DAM Settlement Point Prices for more recent Operating Days can be found on the "DAM Settlement Point Prices" report on the Day-Ahead Market<http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/dam/> page of the ERCOT website. This is not a new report associated with this implementation.
The following reports will be posted to the CRR page<http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/crr/index> of the ERCOT website two Business Days prior to the credit lock for each applicable CRR Auction:

*         "Annual Path Specific Adders"

o   The path-specific adders for the CRR Long-Term Auction Sequence ACP, ACI99 and S values

*         "Monthly Path Specific Adders"

o   The path-specific adders for the CRR Monthly Auction ACP, ACI99 and S values


Additionally, the following daily summary reports will be posted on the MIS Certified area:

*         "Future Credit Exposure for CRR PTP Obligations Portfolio Summary Report"

o   Publish FCEOBL related calculations at a summary level; replaces the current "Future Credit Exposure for CRR PTP Obligations (FCEOBL) Summary Report"

*         "Future Credit Exposure for CRR PTP Options Portfolio Summary Report"

o   Publish FCEOPT related calculations at a summary level; replaces the current "Future Credit Exposure for CRR PTP Options (FCEOPT) Summary Report"

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update on implementation for NPRR484 (Revisions to CRR Credit Calculations and Payments)
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders and Counter-Parties
DAY AFFECTED:  October 21, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The target go-live date of October 21, 2013, for Phase 1A of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 484, Revisions to Congestion Revenue Rights Credit Calculations and Payments, is intact.  Material issues reported in the Market Notice shown below that put the target go-live date at risk have been resolved. Market testing is scheduled to begin on October 7, 2013 as planned.
NPRR554, Clarification of Future Credit Exposure Calculation, which clarifies certain Protocol language introduced by NPRR484 was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 17, 2013 and will be implemented with NPRR484.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
