SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NPRR457, Daily Update of New ESI IDs and AMS Meter and Switch Hold Indicators Changes (formerly "Conditional TDSP ESIID Attribute Information for 814_20 Transactions")

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On September 26, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 457, Daily Update of New ESI IDs and AMS Meter and Switch Hold Indicators Changes (formerly "Conditional TDSP ESIID Attribute Information for 814_20 Transactions"), which was approved by the ERCOT Board on July 17, 2012.
NPRR457 provides for the addition of Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) attribute information for conditions in which the transaction type of 814_20, ESI ID Maintenance Request, is submitted that creates an ESI ID or makes changes to an existing ESI ID's Advanced Metering System (AMS) or switch hold indicator flags utilizing the create or maintain option when submitting the 814_20 transaction.
The report will be provided on a daily basis beginning on September 24, 2013. The Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) ESI ID extracts will be available in the following locations:

*         Market Information System (MIS), Reports and Extracts page at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Reports/Reports

*         MIS Retail page at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/Retail
The link on the MIS Retail page will change on September 26, 2013 to read TDSP ESI ID Extract (Full) and (Daily).  Until September 26, 2013, the link will remain TDSP ESI ID Extract (Full) and (Weekly). There are no other changes to this report associated with NPRR457.
An updated PRDE Extract Draft has been posted to the DDL page on ERCOT.com at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/ddls/.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
