SHORT DESCRIPTION: Aggregate Wind Power Forecast report is now
available.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Wind QSE Operations Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  July 14, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Aggregate Wind Power Forecast is now available on
the ERCOT website (http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/generation/).  This is
in association with the July 1, 2008 implementation of PRR 763 (Use of
WGRPP as Planned Operating Level in Day-Ahead Resource Plan for WGRs).
The report contains rolling 48 hour wind forecast data and is updated
hourly.
