SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NPRR481

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 13, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 481, Report of Hourly Actual System Load by Weather Zone, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on December 11, 2012.

NPRR481 adds a requirement for ERCOT to post a new public report, Actual System Load by Weather Zone for each hour of the previous Operating Day. Details about the new report follow:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
