SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to the MarkeTrak User Guide

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  August 17, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Changes have been made to the following sections of the MarkeTrak User Guide:



·         Section1_General

·         Section2_IAG

·         Section3_Cancel

An additional section has been created for Section2_IAG per the PUCT Substantive Rule §25.474 regarding expedited switches.  This section is in a separate document named "Proposed User Guide Section 2.1.4- Rescission-based Issues" and will be added to Section2_IAG after approval.

The updated versions can be found on the MarkeTrak Information page at the following link:

ERCOT intends to replace the User Guide sections with the updated versions on Monday, August 17, 2009.

ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants are requested to send any suggested edits to their assigned Retail Account Manager by Thursday, August 13, 2009.
