NOTICE TYPE: R-A102208-01 Outage - Retail - MarkeTrak - API
SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be taking a MarkeTrak - API outage
outside the Service Level Agreement timeframe, October 22, 2008, from
7:00 PM through 8:00 PM.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: October 22, 2008, from 7:00 PM through 8:00 PM
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be taking down MarkeTrak - API outside the
Service Level Agreement timeframe, October 22, 2008, from 7:00 PM
through 8:00 PM. This outage only affects MarkeTrak - API and is being
taken to perform an update of the certificates on the application.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This outage will not impact the MarkeTrak GUI.
The MarkeTrak GUI will be available during this MarkeTrak API outage.
