LONG DESCRIPTION:  You are receiving this Market Notice because you are subscribed to one of the following e-mail distribution lists:

These lists were previously used for Market Notices concerning outages and releases related to the retail and wholesale markets. Changes in the Commercial Operations Market Guide<http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/libraries/98045/June_1__2016_Commercial_Operations_Market_Guide.pdf> (COPMG) related to Commercial Operations Market Guide Revision Request (COPMGRR) 41, Updates to Market Notice Communication Process, are being implemented with the addition of two new distribution lists for Market Notices related to system outages, business process failures and service degradations.  The two new lists are:

1.    Notice_Outages_Retail<http://lists.ercot.com/scripts/wa-ERCOT.exe?A0=NOTICE_OUTAGES_RETAIL> - Market Notices concerning system outages, business process failures, service degradations and related issues that affect retail market functions and



2.    Notice_Outages_Wholesale<http://lists.ercot.com/scripts/wa-ERCOT.exe?A0=NOTICE_OUTAGES_WHOLESALE> - Market Notices concerning system outages, business process failures, service degradations and related issues that affect wholesale market functions



Effective September 1, 2016, Notice_Release_Retail<http://lists.ercot.com/scripts/wa-ERCOT.exe?A0=NOTICE_RELEASE_RETAIL> and Notice_Release_Wholesale<http://lists.ercot.com/scripts/wa-ERCOT.exe?A0=NOTICE_RELEASE_WHOLESALE> will ONLY be used for Market Notices concerning market changes included in ERCOT releases that affect the ERCOT retail and wholesale markets respectively.
