NOTICE TYPE:  M-C032008-01 - Outage Retail/Wholesale    

CLASSIFICATION: Public

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently experiencing an outage of the
NAESB and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) applications. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 20, 2008 beginning at 3:55PM to present 

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is currently experiencing an outage of the NAESB
and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) applications.  This outage began
at 3:55PM and is currently on going.  ERCOT is not processing Inbound or
Outbound retail transactions.  Additional information will be provided
as it becomes available.
