SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database experienced an outage on June 25, 2012 from 19:22 to 19:59.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  June 25, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database experienced an outage on June 25, 2012 from 19:22 to 19:59.
Transactions and Protocols were not impacted by the unplanned outage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The root cause was quarterly maintenance taking longer than expected.
