NOTICE TYPE:  M-B082908-01   Outage

SHORT DESCRIPTION: MOSTML and MOSPUBLIC outage occurred on August 29,
2008

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: August 29, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of MOSTML and MOSPUBLIC
from approximately 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM on August 29, 2008.  The outage
was a result of a site failover which was performed in anticipation and
preparation for hurricane Gustav's impact on the Texas Gulf Coast.
