LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) and Systems Operations Environment (SOTE) may be unavailable for testing beginning Friday, April 24 at 15:00 through Sunday, April 26, 23:59 during maintenance on the Taylor TCC3 datacenter.
