SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Defect in Market Manager Notices display sort order
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED:  March 25, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has identified an issue with the sort order in the Market Manager application on the Notices screen for QSEs.  The sort order for viewing most recent notices is not functioning properly.  ERCOT is working to resolve this issue by early next week.  As a workaround the QSE can monitor the last page of the Notices tab where the most recent Notices will be viewable.  Alternatively the market can use the MIS Notice tab for ongoing operational messages for the QSEs.
