SHORT DESCRIPTION:  New SAC04 Code approved
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  September 1, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  At the August 5, 2014 Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) meeting, the Texas SET Working Group requested RMS to approve implementation of a new SAC04 code. This request was approved and the new SAC04 Code will be effective September 1, 2014.

Upon approval by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the TDSPs will communicate the start date for using the new code.
